2012 Claudio Manzolillo IAPG Houston Scholarship
The IAPG Houston has issued the terms and conditions for the Scholarship Program. The Scholarship has been renamed to honor one of our founders and most distinguished members, Claudio Manzolillo, who has been a strong advocate of this program.
The Scholarship Program is for Argentine professionals planning to pursue or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in the United States of America in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience (geology and geophysics), and Environmental Engineering related to the petroleum industry.
Applicants must be Argentine citizens and have a minimum of one (1) year experience in the industry.
The selected applicants will be awarded scholarship as follows:
- Recipient entering the referred programs will receive US$ 10,000 per year and a round trip airline ticket from Buenos Aires to the city of destination generously donated by United Airlines. The scholarship will be awarded only if applicant have been accepted for the fall of 2012 by a USA university renowned for its petroleum program
- Recipient currently enrolled in a program will receive US$ 5000 per year not including an airline ticket. The scholarship will be awarded for the fall semester of 2012.
In both cases the total amount of the scholarship will be designated for school tuition.
