Carlos A. Garibaldi

Carlos Garibaldi is a Managing Director of Standard Chartered Bank. He is in charge of the Houston office and is Head of the bank’s Latin American and Gulf of Mexico M&A Advisory businesses of oil and gas. 
Carlos previously worked in Amoco, Plains Resources, Arthur D. Little, San Jorge International (President & COO), Chevron Latin America (Vice President of BD), G&G Energy Consultants (Founding Partner), and The Scotia Group (Partner).
Carlos is the founding Vice President and later President of IAPG Houston.
Carlos earned a Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, and an MBA from Rice University.
